Three new tenants are set to join the Shops at Arrive River Oaks, a luxury mixed-use development located at the intersection of Kirby Drive and Westheimer Road, according to an Oct. 15 news release from Transwestern Real Estate Services.

Combined, the new leases account for 9,568 square feet of the River Oaks development, per the release.

At a glance

Australia-based Cullen Jewelry will open its first U.S. showroom in the shopping center, totaling 2,716 square feet. Cullen Jewelry specializes in lab-grown diamond engagement rings, per its website.

Wellness clinic Kale Functional Medicine will relocate from Westcott Street and take over a medical suite within the shopping center.


According to its website, the clinic combines functional medicine, nutrition coaching and wellness treatments to help patients with gut health, thyroid conditions and autoimmune disorders, among others.

Additionally, Bussia, a new restaurant concept from the owners of Pane e Vino in Katy, has leased a space at the corner of West Avenue and Kipling Street, according to the announcement. Formerly occupied by a furniture retailer, the space will offer a "high-end dining destination," but exact details regarding the restaurant were not available as of press time.

As of Nov. 20, exact opening dates for the businesses were not provided.

The Shops at Arrive River Oaks totals 194,000 square feet of retail space located under 397 luxury residential units. As of Oct. 15, 94% of the mixed-use development has been leased.

"The Shops at Arrive River Oaks continues to attract a diverse mix of tenants, from international luxury brands to innovative medical and culinary concepts," Transwestern Senior Vice President Crystal Allen said in a statement. "Our team is focused on curating a balanced tenant mix that enhances the overall experience for residents and visitors, and these leases reflect that strategy."
