My Fit Foods, a popular meal prep company, is poised to open a new location on Studemont Street in the Lower Heights in early 2026.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that the new construction project will start work in July and wrap up by the end of the year; however, dates are subject to change. The location on Studemont will accompany stores such as Starbucks, Palazzio Nail Lounge, Dream Aesthetics Medspa and Elara Orthodontics.
My Fit Foods is a meal prep service that sells individual meals that can be filtered by dietary preferences, portion sizes and meal types. Meals are made with lean proteins, 100% pure extra virgin olive oil and low carbohydrates without preservatives or added sugars, according to the website.
