Of the 32 new awardees, 17 are located in Houston's inner loop, including:
- Museum Park: Lone Star Circle of Care
- Montrose: Avenue 360 Health & Wellness, Houston Area Women's Center, The Women's Home and Legacy Community Health (two grants)
- Rice Military: The Council on Recovery and DePelchin Children's Center
- Midtown: Catholic Charities and San Jose Clinic
- Fourth Ward: Angel Reach, and The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Houston
- Near Northside: Santa Maria Hostel
- Greater Eastwood: El Centro de Corazon
- Denver Harbor: Vecino Health Centers
- Downtown: Healthcare for the Homeless (two grants)
