Harris County Precinct 3 is completing mill and overlay, signal work, medians and permanent striping on an additional southbound left-turn lane on Barker Cypress Road for dual left turns at the Queenston Boulevard intersection.
Officials said the project’s budget is $815,748, and work is expected to be completed in July.
