Officials with The Howard Hughes Corp. announced in an Aug. 25 press release that preleasing is in progress at Starling at Bridgeland, 16200 Bridgeland High School Drive, Cypress, and the first residents are set to move in later this summer. The 358-unit multifamily development is located at Bridgeland Central, the master-planned community’s future 925-acre town center.

One-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans are available, and units range in size from 767-1,546 square feet.

“Nationwide and locally, there’s a strong demand for quality multifamily communities, and Howard Hughes is swiftly responding to that demand through projects, such as Starling at Bridgeland,” Vice President of Multifamily Crystal Bledsoe said in a statement. “There’s a shortage of multifamily options in Cypress, and what differentiates Starling at Bridgeland is its connectivity to outdoor trails and proximity to Josey Lake.”

Community amenities include indoor and outdoor fitness centers, a pool, a pet park, a pickleball court and a walking/jogging pathway, according to the release. www.starlingatbridgeland.com
