NewQuest Properties is wrapping up construction on The Shops at Rock Creek, located at 14123 Grant Road, Cypress, near the Spring Cypress Road intersection. Officials said Wingstop and Domino’s Pizza are the newest tenants confirmed for the 21,350-square-foot site, which is 32% preleased overall.

According to a press release, Wingstop, Domino’s and other service and medical tenants anticipate opening in early summer. Construction has also started on Mudslingers drive-thru coffee shop, which is located on the same property.

"This is the last parcel at that intersection that could be developed," said Andrew Alvis, a senior associate with Houston-based NewQuest Properties, in a statement. "NewQuest's partners felt comfortable developing spec because of our past successes in being adjacent to an H-E-B."
