Crafty Crab opened Sept. 28 at 17460 Hwy. 290, Houston, near the Jones Road intersection.
The eatery specializes in Cajun-style broiled seafood, including crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp, crawfish, clams and mussels. Fried seafood is also available, as are oysters, scallops and gumbo.
