A second location of Pho Bo opened Jan. 2 at 12312 Baker Cypress Road, Ste. 1000, Cypress, next to Star Furniture. The eatery specializes in traditional Vietnamese food, including rice plates, vermicelli, sandwiches and pho. Larger portions are also available for families that include serving sizes for three to 10 people. The original location can be found at 8050 N.
