Galiana's Bakery and Cafe[/caption]A little over a year after opening Marvino’s Italian Kitchen, Houston restaurateur David Herrera has announced plans to open an artisanal bakery concept in the same area off Barker Cypress Road.
Galiana’s Bakery and Cafe is set to open early 2017 at 24110 Hwy. 290, Ste. 500, Cypress. Herrera said the bakery, which is named after his granddaughters, will offer artisanal breads, international pastries and desserts as well as a breakfast and lunch menu.
Herrera also owns Dario’s Steakhouse and Seafood and four Alicia’s Mexican Grille locations.
“We have continued to launch restaurants because our guests in Cypress and all over Houston honor us with their praise and patronage,” he said. “We are thrilled about this next venture and have high expectations for Galiana’s Bakery and Cafe.”
