DATA: Cy-Fair home prices increased in every ZIP code in first quarter

At least 1,265 homes sold in Cy-Fair from January to March—up 4.5% over the same time frame in 2020, according to data compiled by Realtor Debbie Marshall of Ross & Marshall Real Estate.

While the region as a whole saw an increase in home sales, fewer homes sold this past quarter in ZIP codes 77064, 77095 and 77433 than in 2020.


However, the average price of all homes sold increased in all seven ZIP codes from an average of $254,072 in Q1 2020 to $267,710 in Q1 2021.
