Cirque du Soleil’s "Kooza" is returning to Sam Houston Race Park, 7575 N. Sam Houston Parkway W., Houston, from Jan. 25-March 5 with tickets on sale as of Sept. 19. "Kooza" is a family-friendly show commemorating the origin of the cirque and celebrates acrobatic performance and the art of clowning, according to a news release.
Performances will feature Cirque du Soleil’s "Kooza" clowns, acrobatic performances, comedy and dramatic performances. Since opening in 2007, "Kooza" has been performed for over 8 million spectators in more than 4,000 performances in 65 cities across 22 countries, officials said.
