A location is opening in Pearland this spring, followed by a Cypress location to come this summer, the representative said.
Via 313 offers a selection of Detroit-style pizzas, which are characterized by their rectangular, deep dish pizza with thick crust.

Specialty pizzas include The Detroiter, with smoked pepperoni under the cheese and natural casing pepperoni on top; The Hawaiian, made with ham, bacon and pineapple rings; and The Cadillac, featuring prosciutto, gorgonzola, parmesan, fig preserves and balsamic glaze.
Via 313 also sells gluten-free crust, dairy-free cheese and vegetarian options. Other menu items include thin-crust pizza, salad, cheese bread and dessert items.

A Via 313 restaurant recently opened in the Houston Heights in September, as reported by Community Impact.
There are two more Houston metro locations, in Katy and Webster, according to the business' website.
