Alloy Personal Training

Owners Michael and Manal Shehadeh celebrated the grand opening of Alloy Personal Training in The Vintage area.

The personal training studio offers small-group training that Michael Shehadeh said has the efficacy of a one-on-one training session at half the cost. He said Alloy Personal Training programs are tested in real facilities and created by degreed exercise physiologists, doctors of physical therapy, registered dietitians and other behavioral specialists.

EoS offers memberships with amenities including free weights, cardio options, indoor pools, basketball courts and saunas, according to the website.

Supr Pickleball is now open along Boudreaux Road, owner Gavin West confirmed.

The veteran-owned business offers six indoor climate-controlled courts, West said.

“[We offer] a welcoming community feel and a passion for the sport,” West said. “We welcome pickleball players of all levels.”
