The two-story, 68,664-square-foot property sits on 5.5 acres on the corner of Grant and Perry roads, across the street from Cypress Creek High School. Nursing care is 24/7, and services include physical, occupational and speech therapy; stroke and cardiac rehabilitation; and outpatient therapy. Resort-style amenities include a courtyard, dining options, a theater, spa, pub and wellness gym. North Houston Transitional Care has 94 total beds—70 skilled nursing and 24 assisted living.
