Roasted with illy coffee beans imported from Italy, the Flat White at Angel’s Churros N Chocolate is a traditional pick-me-up with two shots of espresso and milk steamed at 200 degrees for $3.55.
“We want our customers to have fun with what they’re eating and drinking,” owner Twee Nguyen said.
Originally from Australia, Nguyen is a self-proclaimed world-traveler; he opened the dessert shop in April.
Nearly everything on the menu is imported from around the world. Coffees are brought in from Brazil, Peru, Vietnam and Colombia; treats arrive from France, Belgium, Germany and Taiwan.
