Highpark will house 336 units with one- and two-bedroom residences ranging from 567 to 1,294 square feet and 13 different floor plans. Residents will have access to community amenities such as two dog parks; a resort-style pool with a tanning ledge and an outdoor lounge; a fitness center with an interactive virtual trainer; covered, reserved parking spaces; and garages. The clubhouse itself is 8,600 square feet and features conference rooms, private workspaces and other amenities.
"We are excited to expand our footprint in the Cypress community with the development of this luxury community joining our Houston portfolio,” said John Foresi, CEO of Venterra Realty. “Highpark was intentionally designed as a tech-forward, exceptional community with our residents top of mind. Our goal in this development is to provide the Cypress community with access to living spaces that deliver high-quality, seamless experiences coupled with luxurious features at every touchpoint.”
According to the news release, the location was chosen because of its proximity to SH 99 and Hwy. 290 as well as shopping centers and grocery stores that surround the area.
“We expect Highpark will attract residents seeking stress-free living in an upscale community with access to great schools, shopping, restaurants and major employers in the Cypress area,” added Venterra Chair Andrew Stewart. “We look forward to welcoming them to a modern, technically advanced living environment in a wonderful community.”
