Founded in Cy-Fair on Windfern, Artisan Bread Gallery offers handcrafted European sourdough breads made from scratch with no preservatives.
While the original location offers grab and go services, the new location offers a dining area, a larger menu and coffee. Owner Oksana Ramotowski said after the grand opening the bakery plans to add salads, soups and more sandwiches.

Einstein Bros. Bagels opens first Cypress location
The Cypress location is the fast casual chain's 16th store in the Greater Houston area, per the release. Einstein Bros. Bagels serves a variety of fresh-baked bagels, whipped cream cheese schmears and breakfast sandwiches, per the business's website.
"Opening in Cypress is about showing up for this community the same way we do every morning, with fresh bagels in the oven before sunrise, ready to be a part of people's daily routines," Chief Operating Officer Adam Modzel said in a statement.

Falooda Fiesta to serve a fusion of Mexican, Indian bites in Cypress
Falooda Fiesta plans to offer over 15 street food options and 50 ice cream variations made in house. Menu items offered include artisan paletas, milkshakes and a variety of Indian street food options including samosas and wraps.

Pappa Geno’s opens Philly Cheesesteak shop in Jersey Village
According to the website, Pappa Geno’s started as a counter-service spot at 801 Ella Blvd., Ste. C, Houston.
The eatery offers Philly cheesesteaks, sandwiches and burgers freshly prepared to order. Menu items offered include Pappa Geno’s Steak & Cheese, Philly Works and the Smothered Philly.

Owners Nykhol Phan and John Vu said Pho 77 plans to launch as a Vietnamese eatery on Memorial Day pending the permitting process.
Also owner of Biff’s Banh Mi & Pho, Vu and Phan said Pho 77 will be a full service restaurant like Biff’s and serve Vietnamese cuisine.
