Finial Group, headquartered in Houston, has sold the 31,113-square-foot Lakes of Riata retail center located on Barker Cypress Road, according to an Aug. 20 news release.
The detailsThe sale was completed in partnership with one of Finial Group’s “long standing investment partners,” per the release. The firm was unable to name the new owner as of press time.
Tenants in the shopping center, located at 10750 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress, include:

- Shipley Do-Nuts
- Towne Lake Chiropractic & Massage
- Himalaya Bazaar
- Lifetime Dental
- P&P Desserts and Coffee
- Parks Taekwondo Federation
“Finial Group successfully navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and shifting market dynamics to establish a resilient tenant base, ultimately positioning the asset for a successful sale,” the firm shared in the release. “[The retail center’s] visibility, accessibility and tenant stability have all contributed to the project’s long-term appeal to both consumers and investors.”
