Parts of the project are still under construction at the development, which will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plan options averaging 964 square feet. Units will feature wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and full-size washers and dryers.
The Madison amenities will include a resort-inspired pool, complete with a tanning ledge, a 24-hour fitness center and outdoor lounge area. Unit pricing ranges from $1,465-$2,345 per month, and most units will be available for lease by April 24.
