Feb. 26: Run for a cause

Montgomery County Food Bank is having its first Outrun Hunger 5K and 10K with proceeds benefiting the food bank’s programs for children, seniors and families in need of food assistance. March 19: Enjoy art

The Greater Conroe Arts Alliance, consisting of 18 performing and cultural arts organizations in Montgomery County, is hosting the Greater Conroe Arts Festival in Historic Downtown Conroe. Festival highlights include art galleries and displays, live music performances, live model painting and a silent auction for art painted at the festival. March 26: Go on a scavenger hunt


Angel Reach, a nonprofit organization supporting youth ages 16-24 in the foster care system, will host a Road Rally Scavenger Hunt to bring community awareness to the foster care system, especially youth who age out of the system. The scavenger hunt will have participants drive to locations throughout the Conroe area where they will perform tasks and follow clues while learning about the foster care system.
