1. Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux features Louisiana-inspired cuisine, including dishes such as gumbo, jambalaya, po'boys, crawfish, and other Cajun and Creole specialties.

2. Tailgators Pub & Grill's menu is known for its spicy boiled crawfish, popular Cajun dishes, fried alligator, wings and burgers. The restaurant's new location is set to open early next year.

5. The Paleta Bar serves gourmet paletas, a Mexican frozen treat made with fresh ingredients. Dairy-free options are available, while other paletas on the menu are made with real milk or cream. Paletas can be dipped in a chocolate of the customer's choice—milk, white or dark—with a variety of toppings.
