Knoxville-based franchise AtWork opened a new location in Conroe in early January, AtWork PR has stated via email.

AtWork currently operates in 30 states with over 100 locations. The company is dedicated to “connecting people with jobs” and supporting businesses by filling key leadership roles through its Direct Hire program, according to its website.

About the owner

Owner Robert Santos said his reasoning for choosing Conroe was to serve the light industrial market and stay close to his family.


Throughout Santos’ career, the common denominator has been his commitment to people, he said, whether by supporting employees in his own businesses or by helping job seekers and companies connect through AtWork Conroe.
