Bodybar Pilates is now open in Pine Market at Woodforest, a shopping center in Montgomery, owner Jennifer Rubino said via email Jan. 17.
“The studio is full of cheer and fun day in [and] day out,” Rubino said. “We have members of all ages and experience. It has been fun catering to our new members and watching them take joy in coming through our doors.”
The fitness studio offers classes that focus on strength, toning and modern movement, Rubino said. There are four different apparatuses and seven different class formats, which include reformer, chair, tower and jump.
“Workouts go beyond traditional pilates,” Rubino said. “We build strength and endurance while challenging athletic intensity in a group workout. We meet members where they are and challenge them to raise the bar for tomorrow.”
