Poolwerx, a pool service and repair business, opened a new store July 16 at 618 Fish Creek Thoroughfare, Ste. 550, Montgomery. Store Manager James Dias said the owners are from Woodforest, and Dias is from Montgomery.

“This is a franchise that is owned by Mike and Megan Gagliardini, who are great owners and ingrained in the DNA of pool work,” he said. “They wanted to do something totally different, and they are doing it well. We are all from this area, and we definitely wanted to bring the local feel to our business.”
