D&D Moving and Storage, a College Station-based moving company, celebrated its 25th anniversary with a ribbon cutting ceremony from the BCS Chamber of Commerce on June 12.
What D&D offers
D&D offers local and long distance moving services, along with residential and commercial moving.
The businesses has been operating since 2000, with a mission to make moving less stressful across Aggieland. It started out with a single truck and has since grown.
A long time coming
Owner and President Dan Daniel said he was thankful for the opportunity his business has brought him, along with being candid about the ups and downs life has brought him while being a business owner.
“Here I am starting a company with a child that’s not even six months old, how am I going to make it work?” he recalled. “I’ve met so many unbelievable people, and I like to joke and say that no one has been into more homes in this community than me.”
Before you go
D&D’s two locations offer services to both Bryan and College Station residents. They also offer self storage units in College Station, so customers can store their belongings until the next move.
