From a new burger joint to an expanding community recreation center, check out six projects in the Bryan-College Station area that have filed permits with the TDLR since early March.

Brazos County Courthouse annex building
A new 81,348-square-foot annex building will be built for the Brazos County Courthouse in Bryan. The new facility will house municipal offices for multiple departments, courtroom meeting spaces and support spaces. The existing courthouse will connect to the new annex building via a skybridge.
A Chick-fil-A location in Bryan will be undergoing a remodel, which will include added drive-thru and employee access doors, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning system upgrades.
Construction on this 246,560-square-foot multifamily residential development—which will include single-family cottages—will begin soon in College Station. The development will also feature a clubhouse and a fitness/movement studio. The development will be for seniors ages 55 and older, according to the project's website.
A 5,000-square-foot expansion will be built at the city's Lincoln Recreation Center in College Station. The add-on will include a new bathroom building, an added shade structure and concrete flatwork.
This burger restaurant will be opening a new 3,506-square-foot location soon in College Station. The company was created by the founder of Texas Roadhouse, according to the Jaggers website.
Interior renovations at a TJ Maxx store in College Station will kick off soon. The store measures 28,593 square feet.
