A new four-diamond hotel will come to Houston’s Texas Medical Center in April 2021, according to a Dec. 4 news release.

The Blossom Hotel - Houston, which will be located at 7118 Bertner Ave., Houston, will feature 13 event spaces and 267 guest rooms across 400,000 square feet and 16 stories. Inspiration for its theme was drawn from two key Houston industries: health care and aerospace.

“We’re thrilled to introduce The Blossom Hotel to Houston,” said Christen Larsen, director of sales and marketing, in the news release. “Our internationally-focused concept truly reflects the city’s culture, and we look forward to bringing an innovative hotel to an area of Houston that has not yet seen luxury travel like this before.”

The hotel is located just steps away from Texas Medical Center and is located near NRG Stadium, Hermann Park, Rice University and Houston’s Museum District.

Amenities will include retail shopping, three chef-focused restaurants, a lobby library, an outdoor pool deck, a top-tier fitness center, a karaoke room, and large meeting and event spaces. Unique services will include long-term storage, laundry, and language translation in Mandarin, Spanish and German.
