Local Office has opened a new space in Bellaire targeting the "work-from-home fatigue” that professionals may be facing in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a Nov. 10 news release from the shared workspace company.
The company opened an office Nov. 9 in an 11,000-square-foot space at 4909 Bissonnet St., Bellaire. It is the third location of Local Office that has been opened since 2017 by owner Scott Rubenstein, a Houston-based commercial real estate developer and the president of Pipeline Realty.
The shared workspace provides the essential services of a progressive, coworking-style workspace, including high-speed fiber internet, kitchen facilities, conference rooms, controlled access, furnished private offices, and a dog-friendly space with no long-term commitments and “pandemic-friendly pricing,” according to the news release.
The workspace has over 20 private offices available for rent. 713-337-0909. www.localoffice.com
