Clark Cooper Concepts' summertime pop-up Daddy's Burgers will open in its new digs July 21 at 5212 Morningside Drive, Houston, in Rice Village.

It will be next door to Coppa Osteria, another Clark Cooper restaurant.

Daddy's offers grass-fed beef burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, milkshakes, cocktails and local beers in frozen mugs. Breakfast burgers, tacos and beignets are also on deck.

Daddy's Burgers opened in May 29 with plans to remain open through at least Labor Day. It closed for two weeks in June after a positive COVID-19 case.

With the move, the Kitchen at the Dunlavy, 3422 Allen Parkway, Houston, is slated to reopen July 23 with a few new menu options.
