A new skincare business is opening a Texas location in Rice Village, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.

The details

Glo30 is a female-led skincare brand founded by Dr. Arleen Lamba, offering medically-backed facials and Botox treatments that blend medical science with customized, seasonally-adapted treatments, according to the business' website.

The company uses an AI powered skin analyzer called GLOria, with each treatment taking into account the environment and the person's skin, and customizes the right modalities and ingredients to achieve a perfect facial.

Glo30 has three locations currently open in Texas, with six more set to open in the future, including Rice Village.

According to the Aj Jennings, Rice Village's senior general manager, the $300,000 renovation project will be roughly 1,200 square feet and occupying the space formerly occupied by facial spa Face Haus. Jennings said they anticipate the store to open spring 2025.

Along with its other services, the business sells their own skincare products, including lip balms, face masks, sunscreen and a take-home treatment kit for those who want to do their skincare treatment at home.
