Three of the area's four ZIP codes in the Bay Area saw an increase in the median number of days a home sat on the market in November 2025 compared to the same month last year.
The majority of all homes sold in the Bay Area in November were between $200,000 and $399,999. Most others fell between $400,000 and $599,999.
