League City will open registration for spring youth sports programs—including baseball, soccer and volleyball—in January.

What you need to know

Residents will be able to register online or in person as soon as Jan. 7, while nonresidents will need to wait until Jan. 21, according to a city newsletter.

The spring season details are as follows:

Baseball
  • League season: March 2-16
  • Ages: 3-9 years
  • T-ball and Rookie ball cost: $80 for residents, $160 for nonresidents
  • Coach pitch: $85 for residents; $170 for nonresidents
Soccer
  • League season: March 2-May 16
  • Ages: 3-15
  • Cost: $85 for residents; $170 for nonresidents
Volleyball
  • League season: March 2-May 16
  • Ages: 8-15
  • Cost: $75 for residents; $150 for nonresidents
Mini volleyball
  • League season: March 3-April 9
  • Ages: 6-8
  • Cost: $37.50 for residents; $75 for nonresidents

Registration for the city’s youth sports programs can be done online or in person at Hometown Heroes Park, located at 1001 E. League City Parkway, League City, or the Community Center, located at 400 S. Kansas Ave., League City.
