Houston Art Car Parade
This annual event from The Orange Show Center for Visionary Art returns for its 37th year, featuring 250 art cars from across the U.S. The four-day series features a parade around Allen Parkway, a ball, an awards ceremony and a children’s creative zone.

The Piecemakers at Klein United Methodist Church are holding their Joy of Quilting 2024 Show with over 100 quilts to support the Tomball VA, Ronald McDonald House and The Gathering. Visitors can stroll through over 150 quilts and shop with area vendors, buy quilts, sponsor a charity quilt, purchase tickets to win a king-size quilt, enjoy specialized quilt displays and purchase treasures from the Piecemaker Boutique.

The 19th Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival held by The Woodlands Arts Council, a local arts nonprofit, will benefit its microgrant and student art scholarship programs. The event will feature 200 artists’ work in mediums such as painting, woodworking, sculpture, photography, jewelry and ceramics.

Little Woodrow’s Webster will host the second pygmy goat yoga class for the Goat Yoga Houston group. Guests are encouraged to come 15 minutes prior to the start of this class that features 45 minutes of ashtanga yoga practice for beginners, and another 30 minutes of goat cuddles and photos.
