A new dessert franchise is coming to Webster, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The gist
Founded in 2013, The Peach Cobbler Factor features sweets such as cobblers, banana puddings, shakes and cookies.
The menu also features cheesecake in a cup, cinnamon rolls, churros and brownies, as well as specialty cobbler flavors, including caramel apple, blackberry peach and apple walnut.
