Austin-founded coffee shop Summer Moon Coffee is set to open in Tuscan Lakes in League City in late February, an employee with the coffee shop said.

Summer Moon Coffee specializes in Texas post oak-roasted coffee beans and their very own Moon Milk sweet creamer.
The coffee shop's menu includes hot and cold coffee beverages, such as Summer Moon Latte, Blue Moon Latte and Winter Moon Latte, as well as pastries and breakfast sandwiches.
