After soft opening in June, San Francisco-based West Coast Sourdough in Webster is planning a grand opening celebration in July, staff member Arjun Dhall said.

The soup and sandwich shop is the brand's first Texas location and offers four-, six- and eight-inch length sandwiches with options such as turkey, French dip, pastrami, garlic turkey pesto, BLT, reuben, veggie, tuna salad, chicken salad, Italian, BBQ brisket and salami, according to previous reporting by Community Impact.

At the grand opening celebration guests can enjoy giveaways, raffles and family-friendly activities throughout the weekend. The first 200 guests in line beginning at 10 a.m. will receive a free six-inch sourdough sandwich.
On July 18, guests can buy one, get one 50% off sandwiches from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to staff. Free fountain drinks with the purchase of any sandwich, soup, salad or flatbread will be offered July 18-19, staff said.
Throughout the event, guests can enter raffles for prizes including Apple AirPods and free lunches. Visitors can also participate in a Spin-to-Win prize wheel featuring branded merchandise, free treats and a special golden keychain prize that awards free drinks for an entire year, staff said.
