Skinny Rita's Cantina and Grille Kemah, an organic, low-calorie Mexican restaurant will have its soft opening in Kemah April 13 or 14, general manager Kady Davenport said.
“For the most part, we’re up and ready to roll and really excited about it,” Davenport said.

The menu will feature organic, low-calorie Mexican food as well as gluten free options, Davenport said.
The drink menu will offer fresh margaritas, including speciality margaritas with innovative ingredients like mint, muddled cucumber, pineapple and fresh jalapeño, according to the restaurant's social media.

The restaurant's interior spotlights a full-scale Dia de los Muertos mural painted by a Port Arthur artist, Davenport said.
One more thing
The business previously had two other locations in Houston that closed in 2017, according to Yelp.
