How it works

The infrared sauna uses full-spectrum light that officials said can promote deep detoxification, boost metabolism, relieve pain, reduce stress, strengthen immunity and rejuvenate skin, according to the business's website. It does this by raising core temperature, improving circulation and stimulating natural cellular healing and renewal.
