Gauchos Do Sul, a Brazilian steakhouse, will open a location at Flyway in Webster, according to a TDLR report. Construction is estimated to be completed in December, according to the report.

Gauchos Do Sul serves unlimited cuts of steak, chicken, pork and lamb, as well as a salad bar and side dishes. Much of the food is served directly at customers' tables, according to previous reporting by Community Impact. The restaurant has three other locations in the Houston area.
