Construction on a 300,000-square-foot Margaritaville Resort will break ground in the early summer in eastern Galveston, according to a news release from RREAF Holdings.

The resort will have 334 keys and luxury features, including pickleball courts, a lazy river and more, according to the release. RREAF Holdings, a private real estate investment firm, and Innisfree Hotels, an operator for beachfront hotels and resorts, will be partnering to launch the $110 million project.
