A Copenhagen-based cafe and juice bar will open two locations in the Houston area in late fall.

Joe & The Juice is a cafe known for its fresh juices and light, health-focused menu. According to a news release, the first space, which will be located in Uptown Park, will include indoor and outdoor seating to make social interaction easier.
Joe & The Juice’s signature juice menu includes:
- Hydration Station - coconut water, lemon, spinach, ginger, apple, olive oil
- Feel Good - carrot, turmeric, ginger, lemon, apple, olive oil
- JOEs Identity - kale, celery, spinach, lemon, cucumber, olive oil
