Holler Brewing Co. celebrated its 10th anniversary on Nov. 7 with a daylong celebration that included the unveiling of its expanded space at Sawyer Yards.
The celebration
Holler Brewing Co. is an independent microbrewery and taproom located in the Sawyer Yards art district in Houston. To celebrate its 10th year in service, officials held a large party called Hollerpalooza with live music, a curated market and a special lineup of four Holler beers inspired by the brewery's early days, according to an Oct. 28 news release.
“Hollerpalooza is about so much more than celebrating Holler Brewing Co,” owner Danielle Brandhurst said. “It’s about celebrating the community we’ve built right here in Sawyer Yards. We take a lot of pride in our neighborhood, and our neighborhood takes a lot of pride in itself. We’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve been shown throughout the years ...”
The event also included unveiling the brewery's expanded footprint with the addition of the "Back Yard." Per the release, the space adds 1,300 square feet to the brewery, which more than doubles its indoor seating capacity.
