A new location of Veterinary Emergency Group, a 24/7 pet emergency hospital with locations across the U.S., will open Dec. 12 in the Lower Heights mixed-use development at 2785 Katy Freeway, Houston.
The chain is known for allowing pet owners to stay with their pets during all phases of treatment.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 12, and the hospital will officially open at noon that day, according to a Dec. 7 announcement from hospital officials.
Across all of its locations, VEG treats over 300,000 emergencies each year, according to the release.
