Officials with GreenStreet, a landmark mixed-use destination in Downtown Houston, announced July 14 that three new tenants are expected to join the development in 2026, including an independent restaurant, immersive entertainment concept Sandbox VR and Keller Williams Realty. Together, the three new tenants represent more than 20,000 square feet, according to a news release.
“What makes these leases particularly meaningful is that they represent momentum across multiple sectors,” Managing Director of Repositionings Matt Ragan said. “We’re seeing strong demand from hospitality and entertainment operators looking to reach consumers, as well as office users who want to be part of a more vibrant and connected workplace environment. That’s exactly the ecosystem we're building at GreenStreet.”
