Real estate market at a glance


Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake is seeing changes in its real estate market. While home values continue to increase, the number of homes selling is decreasing, and houses are staying on the market longer.


In the graphics below, yellow will represent the city of Grapevine, orange will represent the city of Southlake and blue represents the city of Colleyville.







Average days on the market


The average number of days homes in Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake spent on the market has increased year over year, with Grapevine having the highest increase.





Number of homes sold


The number of homes sold in Colleyville increased year over year. Meanwhile, Southlake and Grapevine saw a decrease in the number of homes sold.





Median home sales price


Despite staying on the market longer and fewer homes being sold, the median sales price for the homes in Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake has increased year over year.
