This election marks Grapevine’s first bond election since 2013, when residents voted for a new Public Safety Building, which opened in late August. At the Aug. 10 Grapevine City Council meeting, council announced the projects that will be listed on the November ballot. This year’s proposed bond package will be broken into three propositions. City staff said residents will not see an increase in taxes if the bond propositions pass.
