With major renovations and expansions coming to Byron Nelson High School, the town of Trophy Club is working on improving traffic flow in the area.
Town Council approved a professional service agreement with Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $686,000 within the fiscal year 2024-25 budget during the May 12 meeting.
Current situation
The contract for Fort Worth-based company covers topographic and boundary surveys, right-of-way easement and acquisition support for three parcels, design for roundabouts, bid phase support, construction administration and on-site construction inspection services for paving and storm drain improvements, according to city documents.
