Phase 1 of this project has concluded with the newly finished dual-lane roundabout at the intersection of North White Chapel Boulevard and Highland Avenue. In addition, new pavement, sidewalks, medians and decorative pavers have been installed. Phase 2 of the project will consist of widening North White Chapel from Emerald to Highland. Crews will build a new screening wall on the west side of the road. The contractor has also started installing new water utilities. With construction ramping up, there will be some temporary lane closures in the coming weeks.
