When is the Colleyville Area Chamber of Commerce getting a president?

Last October, Connie Hanner, who served as the president of the Colleyville Area Chamber of Commerce, left to take another position.

Since that time the chamber has been under the leadership of Erin Pedersen, who is serving as interim president. Pedersen previously served as the chamber’s program manager.

Pedersen said the chamber is working with a consultant to work through assessments to determine the needs of the chamber and the type of leadership the chamber requires in order to serve those needs best.

She said the evaluation process will continue throughout the year with a decision on how to fill the leadership position made early next year.

Pedersen said the chamber could make the decision to structure differently and not hire a president but rather have co-directors or an executive director.
