From now until 5 p.m. on Feb. 16, residents can file for open city council positions in Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake as well as Carroll ISD and Grapevine-Colleyville ISD board seats. The election will be held May 5.
Colleyville
In Colleyville, Place 5 and Place 6 are up for election on the City Council. If you are interested in becoming a candidate for the May 5 election, visit the following link for information and required forms. The city secretary’s office will accept applications at Colleyville City Hall, third floor, 100 Main St., Colleyville, during normal business hours. Grapevine
The Grapevine mayoral position, as well as Place 1 and Place 2, are up for election. All members of the City Council are elected at-large and for three-year terms. Applications for the aforementioned positions will be accepted at the city secretary’s office, 200 S. Main St., Grapevine, during normal business hours. Forms may be found online here.
Southlake
In Southlake, the mayoral seat and Place 2 seat are up for election in May.
